Styrian Golding Hops (Celeia)

Celeia, also known as Styrian Golding C, is a triploid hybrid from a cross of auto-tetraploid Savinjski Golding and the 105/58 c.v. hybrid between Aurora (Super Styrian) and a Slovenian wild hop. Despite sharing the Golding name, Styrian Golding is not directly related to English Golding — it is a distinctly Slovenian variety with its own refined character, delivering lemon, lime, peppermint, and thyme with an elegant herbal and citrus complexity.
