Sodium Metabisulfite 2 oz. Sulfite-based antioxidant and sanitizer for wine and mead equipment. Also used to neutralize chlorine and chloramine in tap water before brewing.
Use 1–2 oz per gallon of water for equipment sanitizing. For water treatment, use 1 Campden tablet (or 1/4 tsp) per 10 gallons to neutralize chlorine.
