Potassium Bicarbonate 2 oz. Used to reduce acidity in wine and mead. Raises pH and softens sharp tartness in over-acidified batches without adding sodium.
Add 1–2 tsp per gallon to reduce acidity. Dissolve in a small amount of wine before adding. Allow to settle and rack off the tartrate crystals that form.
