Phantasm Powder 1 oz

Phantasm Powder 1 oz. Thiol-boosting powder derived from grape skins. Amplifies tropical and passionfruit hop aromas in hazy and New England IPAs by releasing bound thiols during fermentation.

Add 1–2g per gallon at the start of fermentation or during dry hopping. Works best with thiol-producing yeast strains. Pairs exceptionally well with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Mosaic hops.
