Omega Propper Starter

Stop measuring DME. Start brewing.

Propper Starter® concentrated wort makes it easy to give your yeast the proper start — whether you're brewing high gravity beers, cold-pitching lagers, reviving an aging yeast pack, or any time a starter is recommended.

Just mix one 16 fl oz can with an equal amount of purified water in a sanitized flask to produce one liter of ready starter wort. No measuring, no boiling, no cooldown.

• 1.040 OG after dilution — ideal gravity for a robust yeast starter
• No DME mess — concentrated wort, ready to use straight from the can
• One liter of starter wort per can — just add equal parts purified water
• Available in single cans and 4-packs — stock up for back-to-back brew days
