Oak Essence 4 oz

Oak Essence 4 oz — also known as Oak Flavor Alternative/Mellow Blender Natural Flavoring. Adds oak character and tannin structure to wine, mead, and beer, simulating barrel aging without the barrel.

Usage depends on the type of wine or beer. Add to taste — start with a small amount and increase gradually until you reach your desired level of oak character. Recommended addition rate is 4 oz per gallon or to taste.
