Mosaic® HBC 369 c.v. is a hop variety developed by the Hop Breeding Company (HBC) and released in 2012. Mosaic® is the daughter of Simcoe® YCR 14 c.v. and a Nugget-derived male. Its name reflects the diverse and complex mosaic of flavors it contributes — tangerine, peach, blueberry, and tropical fruit — making it one of the most versatile and widely celebrated dual-purpose hops in modern craft brewing.
