Lallemand Servomyces 12g. Organic yeast nutrient derived from zinc-enriched yeast. Promotes healthy fermentation, reduces hydrogen sulfide (H2S) production, and minimizes off-flavors in beer, wine, and mead.

Add 1g per 10 gallons at the start of fermentation or 10 minutes before the end of the boil for beer. A little goes a long way — do not overdose.
