LalBrew NovaLager Modern Hybrid Lager Yeast
LalBrew NovaLager is a true bottom-fermenting Saccharomyces pastorianus hybrid from the novel Group III lineage, selected to produce clean lager beers with distinct flavor characteristics and superior fermentation performance. Through expression of a β-glucosidase enzyme, NovaLager can promote hop biotransformation and accentuate hop flavor and aroma. A low VDK/diacetyl producer with patented technology from UC Davis that eliminates hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) off-flavors, reducing maturation time.
