Go Ferm Protect 10g. Rehydration nutrient for wine and mead yeast. Protects yeast cells during the critical rehydration phase for a strong, healthy fermentation start.
Mix 10g into 200ml of 40°C (104°F) water. Add dry yeast and allow to rehydrate for 20 minutes before pitching. Do not add directly to must — always rehydrate first.
