Foam Axe 1 oz. Defoaming agent (fermcap) for homebrewing. Reduces excessive foam during fermentation and in the kettle, preventing boilovers and allowing fuller kettle utilization.
Add 1–2 drops per gallon to the kettle to prevent boilovers, or add to the fermenter to control krausen. Does not affect head retention in the finished beer.
