FermFast Activated Carbon 4 oz

FermFast activated carbon (charcoal) 4 oz for removing off-flavors, odors, and color from wine and distillate. Effective at adsorbing tannins, phenolics, and sulfur compounds that contribute to harsh or off-tasting finished products.

Add to wine or must and stir, then allow to settle for 24–48 hours before racking. Use with caution in wine — activated carbon can strip desirable flavor compounds along with off-notes if left in contact too long.
