Fermaid O is an organic, DAP-free yeast nutrient derived from inactivated yeast. It provides amino acids, vitamins, and minerals for healthy fermentation in wine, mead, and cider without contributing harsh chemical nitrogen. Available in 12g and 120g sizes.
Add using staggered nutrient additions (SNA) during the first third of fermentation. Typical usage is 1–2g per gallon per addition. Rehydrate in a small amount of must before adding for best results.
