Falconer’s Flight® Hops

Falconer’s Flight® is a proprietary hop blend created by Hop Union in honor of Glen Hay Falconer, a celebrated Pacific Northwest brewer who passed away in 2002. The blend was developed to raise funds for the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, which provides scholarships to aspiring professional brewers. Falconer’s Flight® combines several proprietary Pacific Northwest hop varieties to deliver an intensely tropical, citrusy, and floral aroma profile — making it a favorite for hop-forward American ales.
