Diammonium Phosphate 2 oz

Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) 2 oz. Fast-acting yeast nutrient that provides readily available nitrogen for fermentation. Essential for mead and wine where natural nitrogen sources are limited.

Add 1/2–1 tsp per gallon at the start of fermentation. For mead, use staggered additions — split the dose over the first 1/3 of fermentation. Avoid adding too much at once to prevent off-flavors.
