Columbus Hop Pellets (US)

Columbus Hops

Columbus, Tomahawk®, and Zeus (CTZ) are super high alpha varieties that share the same female parent as Nugget, making them at least half-sisters to Nugget. The CTZ varieties are currently used almost exclusively for beer bittering, though Columbus has also found a following among craft brewers who appreciate its dank, resinous, and citrus-forward aroma in dry hop applications. Its assertive character and high alpha make it one of the most efficient bittering hops available.
