Citric Acid

Citric Acid 2 oz. Versatile acid used to adjust pH in wine, mead, and beer. Also useful for equipment cleaning and neutralizing chlorine in tap water.

Add to taste or to adjust pH. Typical usage is 1/2–1 tsp per gallon for wine acidification. Dissolve in water before adding.
