Ascorbic Acid 2 oz. Antioxidant additive used to prevent oxidation in wine and beer. Keeps finished beverages fresh and bright by scavenging oxygen at bottling.
Add at bottling. Typical usage is 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons. Use in conjunction with sulfite for best results.
