Amarillo Cryo Hop Pellets 1 oz

Amarillo Cryo Hops from Yakima Chief Hops deliver grapefruit, orange, lemon, melon, apricot, and peach aromas. These concentrated lupulin pellets provide intense hop flavor and aroma with less vegetative material than traditional T-90 pellets, helping reduce grassy character and hop-related trub.

A good choice for American-style ales and IPAs. Cryo Hops contain nearly twice the resin content of traditional T-90 pellets; account for the higher concentration when planning hop additions.

Package size: 1 oz (28.3 g). Typical alpha-acid range: 13–20%. Actual alpha acids vary by lot; use the package value for recipe calculations. The product photo shows a representative package; lot details may differ.
