Aint Afraid of no Gose Kit

A Gose is a tart wheat ale with flavors of coriander and salt.  Our kit utilizes the new WildBrew™ Philly Sour yeast from Lallemand to produce the sourness, and alcohol in the recipe so there is no worry about contaminating your equipment with souring bacteria or messing with multiple yeast/bacteria pitches.
