A Gose is a tart wheat ale with flavors of coriander and salt. Our kit utilizes the WildBrew™ Philly Sour yeast from Lallemand to produce the sourness, so there is no worry about contaminating your equipment with souring bacteria or managing multiple yeast and bacteria pitches.
