Zappa™ was introduced by CLS Farms in Moxee, Washington. It was derived from a wild neomexicanus hop in New Mexico — the same farm and breeding philosophy behind El Dorado®. Its exceptionally high Myrcene content (64.4%) delivers an intense, candy-like tropical aroma, while its unique spicy and menthol character — described as passion fruit, Fruity Pebbles™, tea tree, and aniseed — makes it one of the most distinctive and conversation-starting hops in the modern craft brewing landscape.
