Lemon Drop™ Hops

Lemon Drop™ (previously known as Experimental 01210 c.v.) is a distinctive variety developed through the Hopsteiner hop breeding program. It was derived from a Cascade mother and USDA 19058 c.v. father, and has an alpha content similar to Cascade. Its clean, bright lemon character — layered with mint, green tea, and subtle melon — makes it a refreshing and versatile aroma hop well suited to lighter styles and fruit-forward ales.
