Tartaric Acid 2 oz. The primary acid in grapes, used to adjust acidity in wine. Stable and preferred for most wine acidification needs as it is not metabolized by malolactic bacteria.
Add to taste or to adjust pH. Typical usage is 1/2–1 tsp per gallon. Dissolve in a small amount of wine or water before adding.
