Silafine 1 oz wine fining agent. A liquid silica-based fining agent that removes proteins and colloidal matter from wine for improved clarity and stability. Effective in both white and red wines as a standalone fining agent or as part of a two-step fining program.
Add directly to the wine and stir gently to distribute. Allow 24–48 hours to clear, then rack off the sediment. Use at a rate of 1–2 ml per gallon or per manufacturer instructions.
