Kieselsol 12.5 ml

Kieselsol 12.5 ml wine fining agent. A negatively charged silica sol that binds to positively charged protein particles, causing them to flocculate and settle for a clear, brilliant wine. Most effective when used as a two-step combination with chitosan.

Add kieselsol first — always before chitosan. Stir gently to distribute, wait 1 hour, then add chitosan. Allow 24–48 hours for full clearing before racking.
