Hot Sauce Making Class

Join us for a Hot Sauce Class on Saturday July 25th at 5:00 pm.  During this class we will walk you through the steps in making your own hot sauce.  We will prep the peppers and other ingredients, go through the steps of making the hot sauce, and show you the final steps that you will complete at home when the hot sauce is ready in approximately 2 weeks. The class should last around an hour, and will take place at the store at 225 E Main St. Belleville, IL  62220.
