Fermented Food Class

Our next Fermented Food Class is on Saturday August 22nd at 5:00 pm.  This time we will be making Fermented Pickles!  During this class we will walk you through the steps in making your own pickles.  We will prep the cucumbers and other ingredients, go through the steps of making the pickles, and show you the final steps that you will complete at home when it is ready in approximately 1-2 weeks. The class should last around an hour, and will take place at the store at 225 E Main St. Belleville, IL  62220.
