Chitosan 75 ml

Chitosan 75 ml wine fining agent. A positively charged polymer derived from shellfish that binds to negatively charged particles, flocculating them out of suspension for a brilliant, clear wine. Most effective when used in combination with kieselsol.

Add after kieselsol — always use in this order for best results. Stir gently, then allow 24–48 hours for clearing. Rack off the sediment before bottling. Not suitable for vegans.
