CellarScience FermFed DAP Free 12g

CellarScience FermFed DAP Free yeast nutrient 12g. An organic yeast-derived nutrient providing amino acids and micronutrients without diammonium phosphate (DAP). Ideal for low-nutrient musts like mead and fruit wines where DAP can contribute harsh ammonia off-notes at higher doses.

Add using staggered nutrient additions during the first third of fermentation. Typical usage is 1–2g per gallon per addition. Combine with Fermaid O for comprehensive yeast nutrition.
