American Oak Cubes Medium Toast 4 oz

Medium toast American oak cubes for wine and mead aging. Cubes have more surface area than chips and release oak character more slowly, making them ideal for longer secondary aging. Imparts vanilla, coconut, and caramel notes with a soft, integrated finish.

Add directly to the secondary vessel. Taste weekly and remove when the desired oak level is reached. Typical contact time is 2–8 weeks. No need to sanitize — the toasting process renders them shelf-stable.
