Acidex Super-K 3 oz

Acidex Super-K 3 oz. Double-salt deacidification agent for wine and mead. Simultaneously reduces excess tartaric and malic acid, making it more effective than single-salt alternatives.

Add 1–2 tsp per gallon to reduce acidity. Dissolve in a small amount of wine before adding. Allow to settle in a cold environment and rack off the tartrate crystals that form.
